The spark

I spent years in corporate environments watching talented people stuck in mediocre teams, brilliant leaders hamstrung by red tape, and organizations missing their potential by miles. It was... frustrating.

The shift

I left to do things differently. I started Vision Shift Consulting because I believe work should be joyful, teams can be extraordinary, and leadership development doesn't have to feel like eating cardboard.

The result

I help organizations unlock what's already there: sharp communication, stronger collaboration, and leaders who actually inspire people instead of simply... managing them. (Yawn.)
